Liz has been acting ,singing and dancing since an early age. She is a qualified fitness instructor and also teaches Pole dancing.

Her versitile dance style has allowed her work across the board from Burlesque and Caberet to Drum and Bass Raves! All of which she enjoys. She has undertaken dance contracts in places such as Japan, Ibiza and Sri Lanka.

Recently she completed No 1 UK Tour of the well documented show 'The Naked Truth' with the lead role of Tricia as seen on This Morning. Most recently she played the role of Gail in BBC's Eastenders. She has also been the face of a Strongbow Campaign, one of the origional Lynx effect girls and was one of the main News of the World Score Angels.
